Description
The official glass of the current year and edition (city) is mandatory in order to taste the alcoholic products (18 years and over) and the Festibière tokens allow you to purchase tastings (4 or 8 ounces). A tasting requires an average of 3 to 7 tokens. Tips are not included.

Price & points of sale
The Festibière offers you the possibility to buy the 2023 combos directly on its website. An application fee of $0.99 for each combo purchased online is included in the price. Festibière prices are always established in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Methods of payement
Combos and tokens must be paid in full at the time of issue. Customers may pay by Visa and MasterCard, some restrictions apply. Please contact Festibière’s customer service for more details allo@infofestibiere.com. Festibière does not impose a quantity limit on orders.
Order confirmation
Following the purchase of a product on the Festibière website, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase with an attachment. If you do not receive this confirmation email after submitting your payment information or if you receive an error message, you must contact the Festibière customer service at allo@infofestibiere.com.
Sales policy
Festibière products are not refundable or exchangeable. We therefore recommend that you make sure your order includes exactly what you want before confirming it. Also, it is impossible to replace lost, damaged or destroyed products. Please note that the festival is held rain or shine. In the event that a day or an activity is cancelled due to force majeure, it cannot be rescheduled later.
By purchasing a product, you authorize the Festibière to use your name and image during the event (during any audio, video or photo recording or during any other transmission) without further authorization or compensation.
Illegal resale will result in the seizure and cancellation of the product without compensation. A product must not be advertised, promoted or entered into a contest without the written authorization of Festibière.
