Important: the bracelet must be kept on your wrist for the duration of the event (depending on the event selected: May 22 to 24, 2025 in Sherbrooke, June 26 to 29, 2025 in Lévis, August 14 to 17, 2025 in Quebec City), so that the microbreweries can serve you.
Daily access to Salon privilège (Sherbrooke, Lévis, Québec)
- Access valid for a day of your choice during the event selected at the time of ticket purchase (depending on the event selected: between May 22 and 24, 2025 in Sherbrooke, between June 27 and 28, 2025 in Lévis, between August 14 and 17, 2025 in Quebec City).
- 1 official ecocup
- 1 wristband for 1 day. Important: the bracelet must be kept on your wrist throughout the day, so that the microbreweries can serve you.
- 1 access to the Salon Privilège, including unobstructed view of the stage, private bar and unlimited beverages

Souvenir glass – 2024 and 2025 editions
- The souvenir glass is a by-product. On its own, it does not allow you to taste the products offered by the microbreweries. Access to the tasting (see above) must be purchased to obtain the bracelet that gives you access to the tasting.
- The souvenir glass can be used to consume microbrewery products during Le Festibière de Sherbrooke and Le Festibière de Québec. However, for safety reasons related to the Quai Paquet fountains, it cannot be used for the Lévis event. You can pick it up at the souvenir boutique.
- The souvenir glass cannot be used at the Winter Warmer.
Cash events
No more tokens! From now on, the Festibière is a cash event (cash or card, at the exhibitor’s discretion).

Payment methods
Products purchased must be paid for in full at the time of issue. Customers may pay by Visa and MasterCard, although certain restrictions apply. Please contact Festibière customer service for further details. Festibière does not impose quantity limits on orders.
Order confirmation
Following the purchase of a product on the Festibière website, you will receive, within a few minutes, a purchase confirmation e-mail containing an attachment. This attachment will allow you to pick up your glass, bracelet and tasting coupon (if applicable) at the event. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail after submitting your payment information, or if you receive an error message, you must contact Festibière customer service at allo@infofestibiere.com..

Sales policies
Festibière products are neither refundable nor exchangeable. We therefore recommend that you make sure your order includes exactly what you want before confirming it. Lost, damaged or destroyed products cannot be replaced. Please note that the festival takes place rain or shine. Should a day or activity be cancelled due to force majeure, it cannot be rescheduled at a later date.
By purchasing a product, you authorize Festibière to use your image during the event (during any audio, video or photo recording or any other transmission) for advertising and promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.
Illegal resale will result in seizure and cancellation of the product without compensation. A product may not be advertised, promoted or entered into a contest without the written authorization of Festibière.
